Tryout Update
Thank you to all the players that attended our tryouts this past weekend (8/26). The turnout was fantastic and we had many tough decisions based on the athleticism and skills that were on display from everyone.
While both the 18U Elite and 16U rosters are mostly complete we will keep an extra position open during the off-season as many of our current talented players came to our program well after tryouts or after a bad experience with Fall Ball tournaments.
Please contact Coach Rob Spofford with any questions or inquiries during the off-season about potential roster needs for both teams as things do change during the course of the off-season.

The collective coaching and overall program philosophy is to understand and realistically develop each individual player’s goals and objectives and help her to achieve these goals and objectives.
The general program and coaching philosophy is - "Execution versus Expectations or Outcomes."
Bay State Thunder coaches place a strong emphasis on teaching basic fundamentals, solid defense and a very aggressive style of offense. Team speed, bunting and slapping will be a large part of our offensive strategy.
All Bay State Thunder players, coaches and parents possess and are required to exhibit a high level of ethical behavior and proper sportsmanship both on and off the field as a direct reflection of the program.
